PostponedFunctional Fitness (Ages 60+)

Reaching, bending, lifting, twisting – these are all natural body movements that can become restricted with age. This program will focus on developing strength, balance, flexibility and mobility to improve the functional abilities in our everyday lives. Instructor Suzette Delmage will guide participants to work within their own level of ability. Current safety protocols will be in place.

Bring your own free weights (1 pair of 2 or 5 lb. weights), and a medium weight resistance band. We have equipment that can be borrowed by the session. Please advise us in advance if you need it.

*** Note classes are currently on hold until after the community vaccine rollout. Classes are likely to begin a few weeks after the vaccination. Please check back. ***

Classes are Tuesdays 2:30 – 3:30pm at the Community Hall.
$25 includes all 7 classes  |  Maximum 10 people
