Facilities Schedule & Bookings – Gabriola Recreation Society

This calendar shows regular users of the following RDN managed facilities: Huxley Tennis Courts, Huxley Sport Court, Rollo McClay Community Park and Fields. You may request a booking by using the form below.

To request a booking, please submit the form below. GRS staff will respond within 48 hours. Please view the calendar to check for current availability before submitting your request.

For casual use of the RDN facilities at Huxley Park and Rollo McClay Community parks, a booking is not required. Outside of stated scheduled times, facilities are first come, first served. Maximum playing time when other people are waiting – 30 min. Bookings can be made for large special events such as tournaments, ongoing large user groups, team practices, and recreation programs. Bookings at the Rollo McClay Park picnic shelter do not constitute exclusive use of the park facilities. A special use permit may be requested through the RDN once the booking is approved by GRS.
