This program will focus on developing strength, balance, flexibility and mobility to improve the functional abilities in our everyday lives. Instructor Suzette Delmage will guide participants to work within their own level of ability.

Beginner Pilates for Seniors (Ages 55+)

In this 4 part series participants will learn to breathe in a way that encourages healthier and more efficient muscle contraction and relaxation. We will discuss the connection between breath and the deepest abdominal muscles and learn some simple techniques and exercises to encourage increased strength and mobility.
