Run, Jump, Throw

Ages 7 – 14 | FUNdamental skill development, using games, individualized track and field coaching, and fitness planning to hone speed, agility, power and co-ordination. Same awesome coaches – Phillip Vannini, Jenny Ivany, and Dave Reid. Now with awesome equipment – hurdles, shot puts, javelins, medicine balls, modified pole vault.

Kids Rugby
