Ages 16+
This Elements Academy program blends a challenging, fun workout with technical kickboxing development. Join Emma in drill kicking, punching combinations and learn how to create angles, build combinations, and execute countering techniques. This program’s goals includes:
– developing strong focus and mental discipline
– reducing stress by directing energy into a positive physical outlet
– gaining a broad skill set with an experienced instructor
