Ages 16+

This program blends a challenging, fun workout with technical Kickboxing development. Drill kicking and punching combinations and learn how to create angles, build combinations, and execute countering techniques. This is going to be a high energy excellent workout with structure and great skill building.

– Develop strong focus and mental discipline
– Reduce stress by directing energy into a positive physical outlet
– Gain a broad skill set with an experienced instructor

All adults 16+ welcome!
