Ages 16+

This Elements Academy program blends a challenging, fun workout with technical kickboxing development. Join Emma in drill kicking, punching combinations and learn how to create angles, build combinations, and execute countering techniques. This program’s goals includes:

– developing strong focus and mental discipline
– reducing stress by directing energy into a positive physical outlet
– gaining a broad skill set with an experienced instructor

This is going to be a high energy excellent workout with structure and great skill building!

Wednesdays, January 10 – February 14  (6 classes)
Time:  5:30 – 6:30pm  |  Fee: $75
