Nicole Fields

As a visitor of Gabriola over the years, Nicole has fallen in love with the scenery and culture that the island provides. Outside of her studies in Alberta, Nicole has enjoyed participating in the leadership of different spheres of youth recreation, including youth soccer. She has been privileged to work with hundreds of young soccer players aged 3-17 across both recreational and competitive programming. With a goal of encouraging life-long player development, she is committed to facilitating safe and encouraging spaces for young players to learn and grow as players and as people. Nicole hopes to contribute positively and meaningfully to youth and their development by helping to foster their competence, confidence, and overall enjoyment of sport and play.
