This yoga program is designed for participants who are new to yoga or who would like to enhance their practice in a safe and welcoming environment. The class will focus on accessible pose variations to increase mobility, flexibility, strength and balance as well as breathing exercises for building vitality and relaxation techniques for stress management. Participants are encouraged to bring their own mat and a blanket.

There are 3 options for this class. You can choose the first session (Sept to Oct) or you can choose the second session (Oct to Nov) or you can choose BOTH to participate in both sessions (Sept to Nov). The BOTH option is so you only have to register once.
