Come join Sport Physiotherapist D’Arcy Boulton for this one hour workshop in Nordic Pole Walking.
In this workshop you will learn: how to use your walking poles, the different parts of your walking poles, what to look for when selecting a set, how to size your walking poles and how to safely use your poles for your specific situation.
