Come and experience the nourishment of engaging your senses, mind and body in the way nature intended. With the natural world as our guide, we will learn to connect with the plant and animal world, and to our own inner landscape.

Learn core routines for shifting brain patterns towards connection. Engage in fun games and activities to expand awareness and bring vitality to our bodies.

This introductory course, runs over 4 consecutive Sundays. Based in local RDN parks. Meeting locations will be emailed in advance.

Each day will build off of the last, creating a cohesive program that draws you into deep nature connection. Your guides Tony and Stephanie have extensive experience in Coyote mentoring, Deep nature connection, plus studies with the Wilderness Awareness and Tracker schools in the USA.

Sundays, July 19/26; and August 2/9 @ 10am – 12pm
