Reaching, bending, lifting, twisting – these are all natural body movements that can become restricted with age. This program will focus on developing strength, balance, flexibility and mobility to improve the functional abilities in our everyday lives. Instructor Suzette Delmage will guide participants to work within their own level of ability. Current safety protocols will be in place.
Bring your own free weights (1 pair of 2 or 5 lb. weights), and a medium weight resistance band. We have equipment that can be borrowed by the session, please advise us in advance if you need it. This program includes chair exercises and the chairs will be provided.

Classes are scheduled for Fridays with anticipated cancellations. We are doing our best to keep you informed of any changes.
