Join Kathryn Molloy and learn the ancient practice of pranayama. Come and explore benefits to your overall health and specifically help with strengthening lungs, circulation, digestion, weight loss, sleep, memory, brain function and your immunity – all while reducing anxiety and helping to manage stress. The class will start with gentle stretching to open the body in order to receive the breath, followed by a series of breathing exercises that will calm the nervous system as well as other exercises that will activate the digestive and circulatory systems. Learn science based techniques that will improve your health and well being.
