Beginner Pilates for Seniors (Ages 55+)

MORE SPOTS ADDED | In this 4 part series participants will learn to breathe in a way that encourages healthier and more efficient muscle contraction and relaxation. We will discuss the connection between breath and the deepest abdominal muscles and learn some simple techniques and exercises to encourage increased strength and mobility.
