Gabriola Recreation Society (GRS) is thrilled to have Alison back for another session of yoga. This yoga program is designed for participants who are new to yoga or who would like to enhance their practice in a safe and welcoming environment. The class will focus on accessible pose variations to increase mobility, flexibility, strength and balance as well as breathing exercises for building vitality and relaxation techniques for stress management. Participants are encouraged to bring their own mat and a blanket.
