Gabriola Recreation Society (GRS) is thrilled to introduce this movement class with Dibs; where caregivers can bring their babies and tots for fun and fitness. If you’re a caregiver and want to tire yourself out, as well as your kiddo(s), then look no further!
This class will be 45 minutes long with a warm-up and cool-down around 40 minutes of easy dance moves and then finishing with free play!
Kids will be able to copy the instructor, or their caregivers, as we move through basic dances to popular music.
