Gabriola Recreation Society (GRS) is thrilled to have Alison back for another session of this very popular chair yoga class. Chair yoga offers the opportunity to reap all of the wonderful benefits of yoga in a fun and accessible way. Chair yoga is perfect for building functional flexibility, strength and balance. The chair is also a wonderful place to practice breathwork and simple meditations.
