Join Naomi Clement for an invigorating, fun session   

combining a heart centred practice with great music.

 Link breath to simple postures; improve awareness,

muscle tone, core strength, flexibility. Bring a mat.

Adults: Tuesdays, 7 – 8:30 p.m, July 6 – Aug. 24: Instructor Dave Wong has been a player, tournament  organizer & coach for 40 years. Emphasis will be on learning the basics: skill development, rules,co-ordination, strategy. $36/session; $5 drop-in

 exploring art fundamentals with Tara & Kelly

Ages 7 – 13 The Art of Cartooning: 10:30 – 12.

HORSIN’ AROUND (Ages 6+): July 19 – 23/Aug.16 – 20; Maples, 2140 South Rd; $45. Learn grooming, barn safety, basic horse care with Equine Canada certified instructor Kelly Berthelot. Some riding, but not a riding camp.

FRENCH CAMP: July 26 – 30; Rollo McClay Park Ages 3 – 5: 10 – 11; $25; Ages 6 – 12: 11 – 12:30; $38. Bonjour! Escape to “France” and learn basic vocabulary, or improve your French.

5:30; Rollo McClay Park; $60. Develop stage presence, performance ability through theatre games/exercises with Kathryn Sobko. Group will present an environmentally themed skit at the Theatre Festival open stage, Aug. 22. Additional practices in August.

2 – 3:30 p.m. Rollo McClay Park; $38. You’re the star! Explore singing & performance basics, work on simple  staging, costumes with Tara & Kelly.

 In the fun with Tara the Explorer! Learn basic Spanish through games & activities.
